Please join the MSU Center for Interdisciplinary Research, Collaboration, Learning, and Engagement (CIRCLE) for an interactive discussion about how to celebrate different ways of knowing, creativity, and intellectual leadership in the annual review process. The “Charting Pathways of Intellectual Leadership Initiative Workshop” will guide participants to align their academic work with their core values and particular expertise, then use this foundation to frame their impact across research, teaching, and service. This approach will provide tools to evaluate creative and engagement activities alongside conventional metrics of excellence and rigor, building the groundwork for a more resilient and equitable academic knowledge landscape.
