BIOGRAPHY

Tongbin (Teresa) Qu is an associate professor of Urban & Regional Planning in the School of Planning, Design, and Construction at Michigan State University. She has more than 20 years of experience in transportation field. Qu has performed research, consulting and engineering services in both the United States and China. She is a registered professional engineer.
