BIOGRAPHY
Prabhat Barnwal is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Economics and ESPP. His main research fields are development, energy and environment, and public economics. Recent research work focuses on improving public programs in developing countries, understanding the impact of modern agricultural technologies on human welfare, and assessing the importance of information on local environmental quality. Prabhat received a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, an M.A. from the International University of Japan and a bachelor's degree from the National Institute of Technology - Surat, India.AREA OF EXPERTISE
