Third-Thursday Breakfasts

Students in the ESPP specialization become part of a community of diverse environment-focused scholars at MSU. As more students complete the specialization, they are wondering how to stay linked to this community. In response, ESPP will sponsor a monthly breakfast, organized by ESPP students.

Held from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month at 273 Giltner Hall, this casual breakfast meeting will allow environment scholars at MSU to stay in touch and up-to-date on each other's work. Each breakfast will include one or two brief presentations, which for Spring 2008 will feature students from the ESPP specialization. This is an opportunity for them to practice conference talks, share dissertation research, and get feedback on research proposals.

Although sponsored by ESPP, these Third-Thursday breakfasts are open to all MSU students and faculty who are interested in the environment. Stay tuned for a schedule of presenters.
